1. Where is Mags Premiums located?
We are located in Taman Ehsan, Kepong. You may Waze to us by keying in Mags Premiums Wristbands. 2431A, First Floor, Jalan E 3/6a, Taman Ehsan, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


2 . Is Mags Premiums open during the weekends for goods or sample collections?
We are closed during the weekends and public holidays.
3. Does Mags Premiums serves walk-in clients?
At the moment we are unable to serve any walk-in clients and all your enquiry can be WhatsApp to 017-3001977. We will reply ASAP.
4. Is it at-door-step delivery? 

Do not worry, you can count on Mags Premiums to arrange for goods to be delivered at your door step. (Subject to payment in full)


5. What is your payment structure?

We require a 50% deposit upon confirmation of your order. The balance payment after stock completed before delivery. 


6.  What if I am not satisfied with the goods delivered to me? Any return policy?

Whilst Mags Premiums takes best practices and precautions to ensure quality of our goods to be closest possible to the design submitted to us, however we are unable to guarantee that there will not be slight variation during production. We are willing to hear you out.


7.  We have an idea of gifts for our own corporate branding exercise but we can’t find it on your webpage. Can you help?

Yes, Mags Premiums can assist if you have an idea to be executed. Our forte is in gifts customisation to add value to your corporate brand. Please email us at

8. How do a client place an order?

You may place your order with us via email or WhatsApp. Let us know about your estimated quantity for each item and the custom made requirements of each item. Official quotation and invoice will be shared accordingly.


9. How far in advance should a client place an order?

Normally, our standard production lead time is 7-10 working days (about 2 weeks), it also depends on your estimated quantity and the availability of stock. Hence, it would be good to place an order at least 2 weeks in advance.  

10. Do Mags Premiums deliver to East Malaysia? 

Yes. Mags Premiums do provide delivery service to East Malaysia. The delivery rate will be quoted accordingly based on your delivery location as well as the parcel weight.

11. Why there are no prices shown on Mags Premiums website?

Our items are all custom made as per requested. Hence, pricing will be adjusted accordingly and not shown on the website.

12. Do Mags Premiums have minimum quantity conditions? 

Yes, Mags Premiums do have MOQ for item production. Kindly contact our sales person for more information.

13. Can a client get the samples for the products?

Yes, you may share your inquiries with our salesperson. A sample will be arranged according to your inquiries.

14. The artwork design should be emailed in which format?

Artwork should be ready in AI format or editable PDF File for printing adjustment and final drafting before Mags Premiums proceed to mass production.
