1. Why is the sample fee for a custom drink coaster so expensive for only 1 piece?
Samples are produced individually and require special setup, materials, and printing. Since it is a single-piece production, the cost is higher compared to bulk orders.
2. Is the quoted price for a printed coaster mat inclusive of delivery?
Delivery fees are calculated separately. You may let us know your location and we will provide a delivery estimate.
3. I don’t need that many branded cup coaster units. Can you produce a smaller quantity if I pay more?
Custom items require a minimum order due to material and printing setup. Because of this, we are unable to reduce MOQ even with additional payment.
4. What file format do you need for a personalized beverage coaster design?
We recommend AI, PDF, or high-resolution PNG files to ensure the best printing quality.
5. Why does pricing for a personalized stable coaster take longer to reply?
Custom items require checking with our suppliers for material availability, printing feasibility, and accurate costing. This may take additional time depending on the complexity.
