A custom woven lanyard is different from other lanyards: the text and logo are woven into the polyester fabric itself rather than printed on top. The result is a raised, embroidered look that gives the lanyard a professional finish, will not crack or peel, and can last for years of daily wear. Depending on your artwork, we weave your logo or message directly into the strap with sharp, clean lines.
Woven vs Printed Lanyards
Woven lanyards cost more than silk-screen printed lanyards, but the design has depth and texture that flat printing cannot match, and it stays legible after repeated washing and use. If you need full-colour artwork or the lowest price per piece, see our silk print lanyards and heat-transfer lanyards; for a premium staff or membership lanyard, woven is the choice.
Widths, Attachments and Accessories
Woven lanyards are available in a range of widths, most commonly 15mm, 20mm and 25mm, and the woven text can run on both sides of the strap, as shown in the photos.
